Sister Communities
Covenant is a part of the NACC cluster which stands for North Allen County Churches and Churubusco. This cluster includes Churubusco UMC, Huntertown UMC, Leo UMC, Robinson Chapel UMC, and Covenant UMC churches.
The number one purpose of a cluster is “Support and Accountability for the Mission.” Other purposes are “Doing Ministry Together for the Mission” and “Help Congregations Stay Healthy for the Mission”. You’ll notice that all three purposes are focused on the United Methodist Church mission which is “To make disciples for Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.”
There is even a specially designed cluster t-shirt available for $10 which we will wear each time we participate in a cluster event.
One of the suggested activities for clusters is to make an impact on our shared mission area by working together. Therefore throughout the coming months, you will find various activities at which the churches will be serving together.
You are also encouraged to visit the websites of the cluster churches to see if there might be activities in which you would like to participate. Follow the links below to the other churches websites.
