EQUIP

2025 Sessions

If you're reading this, you are most likely a leader, or God has called you to leadership. EQUIP is the place to begin and/or continue your journey. Whether you have taught Sunday School for two decades or more, hold a position of authority in your professional life, or you're fresh out of the blocks, we believe that God is continuously calling women and men of all ages into more passionate and confident leadership. It is our goal to help you grow. 

EQUIP is an ongoing academy for training and sharing of experiences and knowledge about elements of leadership. It is a program for leaders in every area of ministry through the church and community. Each session  will include a presentation from a respected and experienced leader, and a time to engage and respond in small groups delving deeper into the topics introduced in the larger session. The whole aim is to be more sustainably equipped for leadership. Every session is unique. Every year is fresh.

Each Session is from 6:30-8:30pm on Mondays.

These sessions form the foundation of our fresh and consistent approach to the development, support and training of leaders in every area of ministry at Covenant UMC. Your participation and advocacy of equip will be vital to the health and strength of the journey of discipleship in this faith community. We're excited for you to join us.
